TN ShopMaster computer software is a full manufacturing
control and tracking system that is designed to improve the way machine
shops operate. By improving job processes and tracking key information
throughout the job life-cycle, ShopMaster can greatly improve efficiencies
and reduce the overall cost of operations. Designed to work with existing
accounting and other computerized systems, ShopMaster provides the missing
link in the manufacturing process – an end-to-end shop floor information
system. TNShopMaster is built exclusively for Microsoft platform,
using Microsoft development tools.
Base Package
ShopMaster is a full machine shop automation system, ideal
for mid-sized manufacturers that want to control raw material inventory,
manufacturing processes and job costs. Our Base Package includes the
following features:
- Full job management and manufacturing-cycle
tracking, from creation to final inspection, to provide
up-to-the-minute status of all jobs on the floor
- Job procedure list template driven on per
part, per material and per NC machine basis, making it
easy to train users and improve manufacturing consistency and quality.
- Job Scheduling provides advanced
job scheduling based on per machine or per staff basis
- Job status alerting in real-time,
making it easy for shop managers to work together on jobs as they
work through production
- Ability to create job tracking
and instruction sheets for individual manufacturing processes
- Raw material inventory with heat number
tracking ability, ability to pick individual raw material
to assign for a job and ability to transfer material back to inventory
to assign to different
- Reporting on job status and consolidated
raw material inventory levels including shop inventory,
assigned and on-order material
- Full job costing including labor,
consumables, overhead, outsource services, and machine costs, for
each manufacturing process.
- Quality control tracking and administration,
including inspection histories
- Integration with CAD drawings –
actual drawings are displayed within application
